- Mix Brussels sprouts( 1.5 lb.) , Onion(0.5 cup) in a bowl.

- Put the mixer in a tray along with 4-5 pieces of pears.
- Bake it at 450°F/230°C for 25 to 30 minute.
- Add lemon Juice, Honey and Cranberries to the oven baked mixer.
- Again bake at 450°F/230°C for 25 to 30 minute.
- Prepare the mutton (5-6 lb.) with salt, oil, paper and chili. Roast it at 450°F/230°C for 25 to 30 minute.
- In another bowl have some mashed potato (2 lb.) and mix it with Melted butter (4 table spoon), Garlic (4 cloves), Shallots (2 table spoon), Salt & paper, rosemary, thyme.
- Put the potato mixture in a tray and roast it at 425°F/220°C for 25 to 30 minute.
- Put the 3 oven baked items and serve.
